On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program at SHDOH Advantech
Orientation and Training
The program begins with an orientation session where participants are introduced to SHDOH Advantech's culture, values, and operational procedures. This is followed by initial training to familiarize trainees with the tools and systems they will use.
Project Assignment
Trainees are assigned to projects that align with their interests and career goals. Under the supervision of experienced mentors, they contribute to these projects, gaining firsthand experience and receiving constructive feedback
Certification and Career Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a certificate recognizing their achievement. Exceptional trainees may also be offered full-time positions at SHDOH Advantech, kickstarting their careers with a leading company in the tech industry
